Job Description:
Beacon Processing Solutions, a registered ISO/MSP of Chase Paymentech Solutions, LLC (Dallas, TX), is looking for exceptional sales professionals with proven business to business relationship sales skills to join our sales team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop and maintain important revenue generating client relationships by marketing our full line of merchant services products (Credit, Debit and Gift Card Processing, Electronic Check Acceptance, E-commerce, Equipment Leasing and Cash Advance) to prospective merchants nationwide.
Responsible for acquiring new merchant accounts via networking with clients.
Negotiate pricing with potential customers while maintaining profitable residual margins. Process signed agreement(s), activate account(s) and train new clients on payment acceptance equipment.
Skills Required
Requires sales and relationship building skills and/or merchant services industry knowledge if applicable.
Must be self -directed and able to work as an inside or outside sales representative with minimal supervision.
1 year Outside sales experience required with documented track record of success.
Strong networking and business development background if applicable.
Previous sales experience with small to mid-sized businesses strongly preferred.
Must have particular proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Job Description:
Perform duties to set up and configure new accounts, train and assist new and existing clients in the operation of products and features, and respond to and follow up to resolve any range of client issues to ensure client satisfaction, working within the limits of standard or accepted practice.
1. Set up new clients accounts in ?Patient Referral Office? system, configure features and assign zones. Verify information and set up folio pages consisting of information from client?s web site. Revise copy as required to focus on patient issues and crop and edit photos and logos as required for optimal presentation.
2. Issue paid invoice, initial set up and welcome packet to client.
3. Conduct product orientations with new and existing clients. Train clients on use of PRO accounts, demonstrate folio page edit procedures and marketing features, and utilization of FlexMD software.
4. Identify, analyze, respond to, and arrange for the resolution of client service and product concerns. Follow up with customer to ensure solution is implemented appropriately.
5. Ensure that client information in PRO and CRM systems is current and accurate.
6. Track and approve changes made by clients editing folio pages prior to release.
7. Respond to any range of client questions, issues and concerns. Research and identify causes and communicate solutions or make appropriate referrals to resolve issues. Follow up with clients to ensure that all issues are resolved satisfactorily. Document contacts, related actions, follow up and customer response in CRM system.
8. Print and prepare hard copy client files containing contracts and other documentation for use by other departments to service client accounts. Set up client folder within system for use by Development to record billable charges.
9. Analyze utilization and identify clients with high lead costs, Communicate with clients and address issues relating to missed opportunities. Assist to edit copy and review folio pages to make content more attractive to the patients and maximize referrals.
10. Attend training meetings to maintain current awareness of techniques and approaches to enhancing client relationships through customer service.
11. Research issues and assist Sales Manager and Sales Assistants to resolve client issues and technical concerns.
Skills Required
1. Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.
2. Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies.
3. Perform other related duties as assigned.
