Director of Online Marketing

Job Description:
Fueled by innovation and execution, Mojo Interactive is looking for energetic, creative, results driven Internet marketing superstar to drive our lead generation efforts. It's the heart of the company, and you'll be at the center of strategic planning as part of our Leadership Team.

The title for the position is Director of Online Marketing and in that role we will expect you to generate qualified doctor leads to our sales team and qualified patient leads to our doctors through online and companion offline direct marketing initiatives. Developing and testing innovative lead generation programs from concept to back-end analysis will run through your blood. Your toolkit of solutions will be industry standards including: micro-site development, SEO, SEM, email campaigns, landing page optimization, affiliate relationships and of course your own secret weapons.

At the end of they day, we need you to conceive, develop, test and optimize new and innovative ways to reach patients and doctors online bringing your best B2B and B2C game. You'll take on the responsibility for multiple internal product sites and work with our quality-driven development group to optimize organic search ranking.

Skills Required
Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
* Expert understanding of search strategies and best practices to increase brand awareness and Web presence which includes:
* Search Engine Optimization structure and strategy (SEO, link-building)
* Search Engine Marketing - SEM (pay-per-click)
* Website design and content (for SEO and usability)
* Email campaigns
* Advanced knowledge and experience into how businesses effectively use social media networks for customer engagement (Twitter, Facebook)
* Ability to manage and motivate your marketing team
* Experience with SalesForce.com and its marketing analytics
* Excellent writing skills
* Strong understanding of website design and development
* Excellent knowledge of analytic tools and conversion techniques

You should have experience and be able to showcase success in these areas:
* Developing in-house SEO/PPC marketing strategies from the ground up
* Designing and launching creative collateral for email marketing campaigns.
* Translating user testing and customer support feedback into feature/function requirements

We're looking for you to be able to deliver the following:
* Conceive and execute new initiatives to grow the quality and quantity of leads for both our internal customers as well as our external clients
* Define Web Analytics to produce website statistics for reporting and testing purposes which include:
* Site performance-general stats (i.e. visitor info, sales, etc.)
* Identify most compelling ad imagery & copy
* Home page & landing page features
* Traffic analysis
* Investigate new technology and enhancements that can increase revenue, lead quality, lead quantity, and improve overall customer experience
* Define the strategy and manage the execution of our entire marketing initiatives driven by our online lead generation efforts
* Ability to generate leads from both B2B and B2C markets
