Director of HR and Client Services
Since joining the company in 2005, Jamie Lyn Kirchner has served as Mojo Interactive’s official people person. A champion of the employee experience, she oversees the development, implementation and administration of human resource programs and acts as an advisor on HR issues to the entire staff. In addition, she assists the Client Services Department in providing overall customer satisfaction and implementing procedures to enhance workflow.
Past Employment History:
- Staffing Manager for Priority Healthcare, where she was responsible for all recruiting, new hire orientation, employee relations and coordinating community relations projects
Kirchner is currently enrolled at Valencia Community College, pursuing an AA in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources. She is also preparing for her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2008.
