Orlando, Florida -- Mojo Interactive, like so many other companies, has embraced cloud computing, specifically a Sales Cloud and Service Cloud from Salesforce.com which has improved their customer retention and tradeshow productivity.

Put simply, cloud computing is online resources, such as data, software applications or computer processing that is housed in a virtual "cloud" or a remote server, and can be accessed by individual users using any Internet-capable device.

Sean Reed, Vice President of Development for Mojo Interactive, explained in a recent MSN: Business on Main news article "Cloud Computing Controls Costs," how Mojo Interactive uses cloud computing to not only grow and manage their sales operation but also ultimately to save in costs.

The article quotes Reed as explaining, "We know how much it takes to keep servers up and running, and we didn't want to have to do that." He explains that Mojo Interactive migrated its entire sales operation to Salesforce.com four years ago for their CRM (customer relationship management) services.

Cloud computing saves a company the costs of managing their own information technology internally by providing online (cloud) computing power, software and storage needed for most business tasks which resides in one central location.
