Orlando, FL – November 14, 2011 - Mojo Interactive, an Orlando-based company that provides online resources and marketing tools to offline businesses, recently moved into a new office designed to promote transparency, collaboration and democracy in the workplace. The company is hosting a holiday charity celebration to benefit the Kids House of Seminole on Friday, November 18, 2011 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Clients, employees and friends can enjoy an evening of music, food, and see the new office space and the “Wall of Wonder”, a stunning mural that covers one of the office walls.
The mural was painted by local artist Christi Miga, and the design was inspired by ideas by Chief Imaginaut and CEO Glen Lubbert, and President and Chief Creative Catalyst of Flight of Ideas, Bob Kodzis. Ms. Miga worked with a myriad of ideas and sketches to create a design that is fun, colorful, inspirational, and truly captures the essence of the company. Holiday party attendees will have the opportunity to see this beautiful work of art firsthand and also play with the mural’s interactive elements.
Ms. Miga designed three environments: an aquarium, a garden, and an outer space battlefield. She also incorporated several symbols into the mural, including light bulbs in a garden that symbolize creative ideas flourishing and waiting to be harvested. The Wall of Wonder is designed with whiteboards, illuminated light bulbs and buttons that activate gears positioned right on the wall.
The mural complements the rest of the workspace that has been re-engineered from the ground up with a decentralized floor plan, laptop computers connected to a virtual server, and fun, modern furniture scattered throughout the work space. It has been named the Mojo Interactive Imaginarium that Lubbert explains is, “essential for innovation, collaboration, and transparency.”
