As Senior Vice President of Operations, Ron Fischer provides strategic leadership for the day-to-day running of the business with emphasis in sales, marketing, client retention, and technical services.
 
Ron brings 30+ years of leadership, business systems and technology knowhow from the chemical, semiconductor and now Internet industries.  Over a 25+ year period, Ron worked for two Fortune 300 companies – Monsanto Company and Rohm & Haas Company, as well as one start-up venture – Aspect Systems.
 
Ron holds a BS Degree (summa cum laude) in Chemistry from Hampden-Sydney College, graduate studies in Chemistry from the University of Missouri, and studies in Technology and Executive Management from Babson College.  He is currently a member of the KEY leadership organization Vistage in Central Florida.
 
From his roots in scouting, Ron loves the outdoors and the water and frequents his getaway place on the St Johns River where he enjoys bass fishing.
